Owned full-lifecycle development of a production desktop application from architecture through deployment — shipping 2 major and 7+ minor releases used daily by 30+ engineers across multiple teams.

Architected the system on MVVM with a pluggable, interface-based abstraction layer supporting 15+ hardware configurations, allowing backend components to be swapped without touching any dependent layer.

Built a fully asynchronous communication layer using async/await and lock-free concurrent data structures, keeping the UI non-blocking under continuous high-frequency hardware I/O.

Designed an event-driven service pipeline with strict separation of concerns, fully decoupling I/O drivers from the UI and logging subsystems — keeping the codebase modular across a multi-release lifecycle.
